Crowne Ballroom


  • Located in the convention center with an entrance and foyer directly from the parking lot. This facility is 3,729 combined square feet but it divisible equally by airwalls into three salons. One of those salons is divisible again into two smaller salons still. The ballroom can be reconfigured in minutes to meet your needs for breakout space. The pre-function area is ample enough for breaks outside the room or receptions immediately preceding and evening event. Storefront glass windows provide peaceful respite with views of Florida sunshine and tropical landscaping.

Mezzanine A&B


  • In the hotel's atrium a space is located below the Mezzanine level that is ground level totaling 1,195 square feet
  • The Mezzanine A&B can be divided into 2 separate meeting rooms.

The Gallery


  • With a full wall of storefront windows overlooking the pool area and the courtyard, this room is perfect for meetings that are interested in outdoor terrace breaks or lunches outside but adjacent to the event space. The Gallery is 758 square feet.

The Studio


  • Another beautiful and unique room with courtyard views and access from the Atrium on the ground floor. Serve breaks on the terrace just outside the event space when the weather is Florida perfect! The facility square footage is 920.

Plaza Boardroom


  • For a traditional gathering of the board, our Boardroom has leather executive chairs with seating for 10, built in banquettes for food and beverage service and is inclusive of a whiteboard and TV/VCR provided. Facility Square Footage is 264 sq. ft.
