Flexible Meeting & Conference Space

Choose from seven meeting rooms. The 3,910 square foot Crowne Ballroom seats up to 400 and can be partitioned into four salon rooms. The Plaza Board Room is suited for more intimate meetings, and the 860 square foot Lower Mezzanine is the perfect dinner or reception space. Two recent additions are also available: the 758 square foot Gallery, and the 920 square foot Studio. Both of these rooms incorporate ceiling to floor windows, allowing for a suffusion of natural light during day-time events.

Responsive Staff

We know how important a responsive single point of contact can be. Contact our meeting planners between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday by phone, fax, email or in person. We guarantee a response within two hours. We'll even have a completed proposal within 24 hours. Once your guests arrive, our hotel staff will ensure they receive special attention as members of your group.
